  Our experience with Legacy Heating and Cooling was fantastic. After dealing with a few companies that seemed more interested in upselling than helping, Jake and his team came in willing to listen and acted more as experienced helpers than salesmen. When our geothermal unit went out, Jake came out to assess the setup. He was straightforward and honest from the start, which was nice after our previous experiences. Jake took the time to measure everything properly to ensure we got the right-sized unit and his quote for replacing the system was fair and reasonable. During the two days they were at our house, Jake's team was great—professional, friendly, and respectful. They did a thorough job and left everything clean afterward. Jake prioritized the customer experience and explained everything clearly while the unit was being installed and when the work was done he made sure we understood how to operate everything. He even checked in with us the next day to see how things were cooling off. It's not often you find a small business with such high standards of service and ethics, but Legacy Heating and Cooling definitely fits the bill. If you're looking for a reliable heating and cooling company, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
