Mark, Zach, Frank, Chrissy, Gayle and the entire install team were great. Our AC went down right before the big heat wave. I had family coming into town and they came out within an hour. They were able to get my old system working again while waiting for the new unit to arrive. Installation team was quick and efficient, and the new unit is cranking away. Thank you guys! My AC went out in the middle of a heat wave and S & S came to the rescue! From start to finish they were professional, gave me options on repair vs. replace, and gave me a fair price on the replacement I ultimately chose. They were on time, considerate, and cleaned up after the job. Great experience, would highly recommend. Best of all, my house is nice and cool now.
