I’ve only taken the Women’s Strength classes with Amber, but this class is THE BEST! Just the right amount of challenge, walkable location if you’re in the area, and they have a decent sized parking lot if not. I never thought I would enjoy weights classes but The Training Room is onto something!

Everyone is very kind and supportive! They do a great job of making sure your form is correct and making sure you do the exercises properly. Educational and exhausting in the best way.

Took a LEAN class with Anna. Amazing instructor and class. They make sure every individual gets the posture right and are very supportive.

One of my favorite gyms in the city of Atlanta. Been here for 3+ years and really won’t stop coming if I’m not moving to Seattle. Nice coaches! Jeff and Alec are the most helpful ones to me personally.
Hope they have great business in 2024 and keep being inspiring!
